Therefore, in recent years, the company has carried out more exploration and practice around the two aspects of "internal talent training" and "external talent introduction". Among them, the "Spark Plan", which is the reserve and training of fresh graduates of counterpart universities, is the earliest talent development brand project launched by the company.

"Spark Program" through the "1+1" mode, that is, 1 week of unified admission training +1 year of mentors to guide new on the job, to help students master the general basic working knowledge and skills of all dimensions, quickly adapt to the environment, get on the job, and create value. "Spark Plan" after three sessions of implementation, a total of more than 30 undergraduate and above level students, for the company's various departments into the "star" power!

From July 1 to July 6, 2023, the company's General Manager Office organized the 2023 "Spark Program" entry training activities, through the centralized handling of entry procedures, theme group building activities, unified induction training, topic publication, mentor teaching and other forms, for the students to bring an unforgettable "induction ceremony", students will take these gains, open a new career.


"Spark" gathering

On July 1, 15 students who participated in the 23rd "Spark Plan" gathered in Nantong from all directions. In order to allow the students to adjust their status as soon as possible, start the week-long induction journey. The General Manager Office and the Personnel Administration Department arrange special personnel to collect luggage, organize dormitory and work clothes for the students in advance, and provide unified assistance to check in, fill in the materials, sign the contract, apply for salary card, social security card, etc., and welcome the students with intimate service.

First, feel the spirit of industrial rejuvenation and company culture

Urban culture often breeds corporate culture. To better understand corporate culture, we must first feel the cultural heritage of the city to which it belongs. Therefore, visiting Nantong Museum, Haohe and other cultural attractions with unique Jianghai cultural characteristics, feeling the history of "the first city in modern times" and the cultural heritage of "reviving the country by industry" has always been a "compulsory course" after the "Spark Plan" students come to pass. On the afternoon of July 1, the students started such a cultural journey together.

In order to let the students experience the company culture in depth and closely, the students were divided into three groups to carry out project activities. Through interviewing some outstanding employees, they had a deeper understanding and experience of the history and culture of Nantong CIMC, and also gained sincere suggestions from the predecessors. Through such activities, students can also experience the spirit of initiative, exploration and collaboration, and take the first step in the transformation from students to professionals.

Second, systematic entry training courses

From July 3 to July 5, the General Manager Office invited senior personnel of relevant functions as instructors, and arranged 12 training courses for the students, explaining the company's history, culture, overview, relevant systems and processes, working standards, products, manufacturing, etc., in a relatively systematic way, so as to help the students adapt to the environment and integrate into the enterprise as soon as possible. In addition, in the past year, some new social recruitment personnel have also signed up for this training course.


Iii. Report on the completion of the training and the new pairing ceremony with the instructor

On the afternoon of July 6, the report on the completion of the training and the new pairing ceremony with the tutor was held in the 803 conference room of the company. Executive deputy General manager Guo Zhihua, deputy general manager Lu Xinlin, heads of relevant departments, mentors, students a total of more than 40 people participated in the activity.

At the beginning of the activity, the video of the students' entry was played on the spot, and the wonderful moments of the students' entry were recorded. Afterwards, the students presented their group project results. By drawing posters, editing videos, making PPT and other forms, they presented their initial impression of Nantong CIMC, their feelings about cultural values and role changes, and their vision for the future. At the event, we fully affirmed the wonderful performance of the students, and awarded the "My Favorite Award", "Best Video Award", "Best Report Award" and "Poster Most Expressive Award" on the scene.

In the process of teacher appointment, Qiu Qin, director of the General Manager Office, issued the letter of appointment for the tutor representative, and then the tutor representative signed the teaching agreement with the student representative and issued the induction ceremony. In the follow-up, the General Manager's Office will work with departments and mentors to strengthen the process of point inspection and guidance around the one-year training plan, continue to do a good job of cultural guidance and knowledge and experience transmission, and help students enter the role as soon as possible and realize value.

Qian Jiayu, a student of the 22nd "Spark Program", delivered a speech as a representative of the previous students. She reviewed her own growth process this year, encourage younger students to adapt to the change of new identity, dare to think, dare to ask, dare to do, will be able to perform more and more excellent in the big platform of CIMC.
